Location:
The restaurant is located in a town on the northeast of Zealand, about 45 minutes by train from Copenhagen (25 minutes by car). In this restaurant the Nordic ingredients are in focus. They like to use fresh ingredients of the season and prepare the food from scratch and always with attention to detail. They use all parts of the raw material and thus avoid food waste, and they think about ecology and sustainability.
The restaurant characterizes itself to be rustic and elegant, simple and stylish. The also offer events and banquets.
Job requirements:
- approx. 2 years of experience as a chef (An education in cooking is not required).
- Intermediate / advanced level of English required.
- Willingness to move to Denmark.
- European passport or work permit valid for Denmark
Accomodation:
The restaurant offers own private room with shared living room and kitchen, 100m distance from the restaurant for 800€/month.
Job Description:
You will work 3 days/week for 13h/day. First week: Mon, Tue, Thur. Second Week: Fri, Sat, Sun. So, you will have a free weekend every second week. The salary ranges from 2.700€ (20.000DKK) to 3.200€ (24.000DKK) depending on candidate’s experience.
